Today I have a Microdose meditation for you on gratitude, which is part of our series on Grace. When ready, settle into a comfortable position, rest in your hands, gently on your lap. And as you do, you may wish to close your eyes and we'll drop in. Let's begin with a generous breath in breathing up fully through your nose if you can, noticing your lungs expanding.

And now release the breath. Relaxing into this moment.

And simply settle in to the natural rhythm of the breath,

allow your body to soften,

and as you're breathing in. Notice that you're breathing in,

and as you're breathing out, notice that you're breathing out.

Now in this space, bring to mind someone you're grateful for.

As you sit with them, what does it feel like to be in a moment of gratitude

and now. You can begin to ease your attention.

You can open your eyes if you've had 'em closed and wiggle your fingers and toes. You can even give your body a little stretch and you just might wish to reach out to the person you're grateful for, to let them know. You are thinking of them

because together we put beautiful ripples into the world.
